You’ll assess yourself across five areas that reflect how you’re showing up in life and marriage. Each category includes four questions to help you evaluate where you're strong—and where you’re slipping.
Mental (Mind)
This is about how you think, grow, and stay grounded. Mental clarity. Mindfulness. Focus. Being a man who doesn’t just react—but reflects and leads with intention.
Physical (Body)
Your body is your foundation. This is how you eat, how you move, and how you rest. It's not about perfection—it's about energy, discipline, and consistency.
Relational (Marriage)
This covers connection, communication, and conflict. You can’t outsource leadership at home. You’ve got to be present, tuned in, and dependable.
Financial (Money)
You either lead the money—or avoid it. Know your numbers. Make what you need. Manage what comes in. Multiply what’s already there.
Emotional (Feelings)
Emotional maturity is about naming what you feel, expressing it clearly, and not letting those feelings disrupt how you lead, love, or show up.
